When you accept an offer, before this action can be completed, you need to change the listing status to contingent or pending. Keeping the listings in the correct status is important so all parties are on the same page. 

Important: As a courtesy to any other buyers' agents that have submitted offers, we strongly suggest when you reject all other offers that are still "open" on the listing when you accept an offer.
