When a new offer is submitted and each time offer terms are changed during negotiation via a counter offer from the seller or amended offer from the buyer, those terms are saved. By clicking into any message that contained "new" terms, you are able to click the View Terms button and see the terms that correspond to that message and were proposed at that time. When viewing an iteration of the offer terms, and terms that were changed from the previous terms submitted are highlighted orange.
