Pursuant to NAR Code of Ethics Practice 1-7 (shown below), the Request Affirmation action allows buy-side agents that have submitted an offer to send a message to the listing agent requesting them to affirm that they have either presented the offer to the seller/landlord.

The listing agent can reply to this request through their account using the Affirm Presented action. They will able to select from 3 options. 1. Offer presented on a certain date. 2. The seller will not be available to review offers until a certain date. 3. The seller waived the obligation to be presented offers.
