Yes. If you are the list agent and accept and offer and ultimately close the transaction, you should fill in the closing info. This is important information you and the buyer's agent will want to be able to reference. Another reason to fill this information out is as a courtesy to the buyer's agent. it can prevent calls and emails from the buyers agent inquiring about why this information is missing.

Please note: if you do not enter in the closing date, it will be filled in automatically with "todays date" when you change the listing status to closed.
